Since 2008, we've been handcrafting micro-batches of olive oil from the foothills of California’s Gold Country.
What started as a passion project has blossomed into something truly special.
Now, and we're thrilled to share our delicious olive oil with you.
This is who we are.
Every harvest season, plied with a little wine and a lot of laughs, a small group of faithful friends help us to hand-pick our olives. Then, we link up with a local mill to combine our bounty with others in the region and press it into the bright, flavorful olive oil we’re so proud of.
Every drop of this elixir is carefully bottled, sealed, labeled, and kept safe until it lands on your table.
